If you're ready to make the switch from crappy drive-through coffee to our super fresh, locally roasted small batch coffee this is the perfect way to start! Each month you'll be sent a brand new flavor that Gina picks out just for coffee club members!
These flavors won't be available anywhere else, and will only be around for one month at a time!
Each new subscription comes with a Surviving Motherhood branded coffee scoop and some fun stickers on your first month!
Q: When will I know what the flavor of the month is?
A: When it comes in the mail! Each month you'll get a freshly roasted bag of coffee in a surprise flavor that has been tried, tested and hand-picked by Gina!
Q: How dark or light is the roast?
A: All of our flavors are a medium roast, this produces the most flavorful cup. If you're a dark roast drinker we have many customers who purchase our darker roasts and mix them with flavors before brewing!
Q: What's included in the first box vs the second box?
A: Your first box will include coffee, a coffee scoop and some little extra bonuses! You also have the option to add a mug or mason jar. Each subsequent box will include only the number of bags of coffee you choose.
Q: Is there a minimum subscription commitment?
A: Yes, there is a 90-day minimum length, because our coffee club includes many subscriber-only perks.
Q: Can I pickup my subscription instead of having it shipped?
A: Yes! Unfortunately our system does not give the option at checkout for subscription products. But after you have checked out please email us at email@example.com and let us know you'd prefer in store pickup. We'll refund your shipping fee, send you an email when it's ready for pickup and confirm that this is a permanent adjustment so you won't be charged for shipping on future orders.
Q: I missed the subscription sign up, when does it reopen?
A: Spots open up on Monday of the last full week of the month for just three days!
Q: Can I use a discount code?
A: We are unable to offer discount codes on this subscription box.
Q: Can I buy more of this month's flavor if I love it?
A: Yes! Only subscribers have access to our monthly mystery flavors, if you love it after you get your first bag you're able to purchase more throughout the month via a special link.
Q: What if I don't like a flavor one month?
A: Of course we hope you love the flavor every month but when signing up for a mystery box you certainly run that risk! This would be an awesome opportunity to pay it forward and introduce a friend to our coffee by gifting them a bag! Or you could gift it to a teacher, donate it to a local fire or police department, use it as part of a gift basket - truly the pay it forward options are endless!
Q: You said subscribers get extra perks, what are they?
A: Subscribers have the option to add a mug or mason jar to their first box, that's available exclusively to coffee club members! Additionally, as a subscriber you will be able to purchase extra bags of a flavor during the month, score free shipping on 4+ bags of coffee that are in non-subscription orders and have access to exclusive products on a password protected page. Your first box will include info with all the details!
Q: I added a mug or mason jar, will that come every month?
A: No, this is strictly for your first box. For each subsequent month you will only be charged for the coffee ($14.99/bag) plus the cost of shipping which will decrease from the original purchase because that included a drinkware item.
Q: How do I add a mug or mason to my first box but make sure that I get 2 bags of coffee each month?
A: Use the dropdown menu to select "mug" or "mason jar" under drinkware, and pick your coffee style (whole bean or ground). Keep the quantity at one and add to cart. Return to the product page and use the dropdown menu to select "none" under drinkware, and again select your coffee style, and add the desired quantity to your cart!
