October is pregnancy and infant loss awareness month, and today I have a very special release to share with you.
This new release holds such a special place in my heart and my goal in creating it was to create something we could come together over. Whether you wear it to remember and memorialize or you wear it to honor and recognize -- it's not just for those of us who have experienced loss, it's for all of us.
It's one more way we can say, "I see you" to our fellow moms and unite in motherhood.
Franchesca Cox said it best when she wrote, "A mother is not defined by the number of children you can see, but by the love she holds in her heart."
Whether your babies are earthside, in heaven, or a combination of the two - you have that love in your heart, and you love like a mother.
Did you know that as many as 1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage? Chances are, you or someone you know has suffered this incredible loss.
In fact, I am 1 in 4.
Every year when October arrives it brings with it a rollercoaster of emotions. I have not publicly shared my story of loss, but I want you to know that you're not alone. Your feelings are valid, your grief is normal and it's ok to not be ok.
If you are lucky enough to have not been touched by pregnancy loss, today I want to encourage you to do your part to end the stigma that surrounds it. Judgement has no place here, and often times the best thing you can do for a loved one experiencing loss is to open your ears, arms and heart and be a safe space for someone you love. Let them grieve, listen, say their babies name and wrap them in love.
I hope you love this new design as much as I do, sending you all the love today and always,
- 50/25/25 polyester/airlume combed and ringspun cotton/rayon
- This top is unisex sizing, sticking with your normal size will produce a comfy relaxed fit, sizing down will produce a slimmer more fitted look. Sizing up is not recommended.
Im not one to usually do a zip up sweatshirt but I am SP glad I did. It is SO soft and cozy I love it!!
This zip up is amazing; its lightweight yet super warm & cozy. The meaning behind it is something Im proud to show off and support
